Internationally acclaimed praise and worship band, Planetshakers, has just released their latest single, “We Raise: Live At Chapel,” on October 20. This song is part of the forthcoming 12-song album titled “Show Me Your Glory – Live At Chapel,” which is scheduled for release on November 3. You can listen to the single on various digital and streaming platforms here.
“We Raise” was recorded live in-the-round and features the talented members of Planetshakers band singing alongside students from Planetshakers Bible College in their chapel. The song, both written and produced by Joth Hunt, follows their previous release, “Supernatural Love: Live At Chapel.”
The idea behind these chapel recordings is to provide churches with powerful, impactful songs that can help create a transformative atmosphere for worship. These recordings aim to make these songs more accessible for congregations of all sizes while maintaining the passion and spirit of praise and worship.
Pastor Sam Evans emphasized the unique passion and authenticity that comes from recording with college students who are deeply devoted to their faith. The acoustic setting and absence of elaborate production add to the raw and intimate nature of the worship captured during these recordings.
Planetshakers’ upcoming album, “Show Me Your Glory,” includes a total of 14 songs, with 12 of them recorded live during the Show Me Your Glory Planetshakers Conference in Melbourne, Australia. The album promises to take listeners on a powerful musical journey, featuring not only “We Raise” and “Supernatural Love” but also other uplifting praise tracks like “Take Me Back,” “The House,” “Living In Me,” and “Rejoice,” along with profound worship songs like “We Lift Up Jesus” and “Worthy Is The Lamb.”
In addition to releasing new music, Planetshakers is currently on tour in the United States, delighting fans with a mix of their latest tracks and beloved classics.
